Villa Acquaviva Wine Resort - Montemerano

Stay on a typical Tuscan wine estate at Villa Acquaviva Wine Resort, located 800m from Montemarano’s pretty medieval centre. Well-located for exploring the Maremma, this country house offers great facilities.

Relax in peaceful rooms surrounded by 15 hectares of vineyards which produce some of the area’s best wines, from Bianco di Pitigliano to Morellino di Scansano. Taste the Acquaviva’s own wine and oil in the Relais’ wine cellar.

Relais Acquaviva’s rooms are decorated in a rustic, Tuscan style. Some rooms come with hot tubs or panoramic terraces.

Everyone can enjoy hydromassage in the outdoor pool,in Acquaviva’s beautiful grounds. There is also a tennis court on site and you can enjoy fascinating nature walks in the park.

The famous thermal waters of Saturnia are located a 10-minute drive from Villa Acquaviva and the hotel offers special discounts at the golf course and spa there. A range of massages are also available on site.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

Relais Villa Acquaviva’s restaurant is usually open from April to October and serves dinner from 19:30 until 21:30, but on 2024 it is open only from Thurday until Saturday.

Classic Double Room. Overlooking the garden, these air-conditioned rooms include a satellite TV, minibar and safety deposit box. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer. ;
Suite. Suites are located in the annexe and in the main building and are made up of a bedroom and a lounge. They come with either a large balconyterrace or bathrooms containing a shower with Turkish bath function or a spa bath. Receive a generous welcome pack on arrival: a bottle of Morellino di Scansano produced by Acquaviva, daily newspaper and a dressing gown provided. ;
